Zoe had to get creative and make something out of 100 items. She wanted to make Elsa and Anna's castle. She glued about 70 sugar cubes together and helped decorate the box and glue on the felt and stairs. I went to four different stores to find Elsa, Anna, and Olaf dolls!

A few weeks ago, my daughter-in-law shared how her Mom had just visited the plantation where her ancestors had been held. The plantation was in Gates North Carolina. My daughter-in-law is quite the accomplished genealogist and has compiled an extensive family tree. Yesterday, I ran across an old Stereoview I purchased decades ago depicting slaves working on a Georgetown, South Carolina Rice Plantation. The nexus of my daughter-in-law tracing my grand-daughter's ancestors to this period in time to a neighboring state, makes me understand why I purchased this item so many decades ago.
