Hi Everyone!
Sorry it took a while to get back to you with the results of the election - but this has been such an eventful week for me.
I WON! And with the second highest vote count in my race for Delegate to the State Convention!
I want to thank everyone that helped by voting for me (if you could) and supporting me with your good wishes (if you could not). It really meant a lot to me. (For those who already have the news - forgive me for the redundancy. It was easier to cut and paste then cull thorough the list of people I sent the original email to before.)
This has been quite a week for me -
1. Jason and his wife told us they are expecting!
2. Won my election!
3. Following the election - went on vacation to New York. I get to celebrate my birthday and Mother's Day in NYC with Justin, Jason and Keisha, and my dear friend from Lima, Peru - Alicia (who I only see once a year. She has a son that lives in NYC also so we meet up in the Spring to catch up with each other.)
It does not get much better then this! Life is Good!
