How to post a video to tng
1) get a mp4 file
2) ftp file to the 1&1 account, proably a subdirectory in UserMedia
2) get a screen shot to create a thumbnail
3) edit thumbnail in irfview to get a file about 600 x ???. name a xxx_thumb
4) login to tng, go to admin -> media -> add new
5) select "Histories", not videos
6) In the space for body text, click within the box, then click the html button in the upper right hand corner,
then paste in the folling inter the following:

After you enter the title, description, and linked the video t persons in the tree, go back to the media area and
browse/test the entry. If the video does NOT show, edit the entry and look to se what is in the Body Text window HTML.
If tng has placed a bunch of "div" statements etc that you didn't put in the text, manually remove them until the
video shows as expected.
7) Reclassify the histories entry as a video entry by selecting it on the meadia screen and changing the collection.
