Capital outlay; how much, and is a disparity in funding of projects related to anything?

Over the last decade or so, IPS has borrowed close to a billion dollars to improve our schools. In 2001 the consistency of our schools

was lacking. Little school level data is available for renovation and construction costs. School level data for equipment and furnishings isn't available either.

It would be interesting to know what the expenditures have been to improve shortridge since 2001. Also the disparity of Center For Inquiry and Key learning schools versus other schools in the district
